Cupid's Crack & Chocolate Dipped Pretzels

Happy Valentines Week! Last night I started the first round of my Valentine's baking. Cupid's Crack and Chocolate Dipped Pretzels are two of my favorite desserts because you can easily change them up for each holiday. All you have to do is switch up the sprinkles and m&m's! Also, they are somewhat healthy :)

First I made the chocolate dipped pretzels. I saved a little bit of the melted chocolate for the Cupid's Crack!

Chocolate Dipped Pretzels

Ingredients:
Pretzels
Valentines Sprinkles

Directions:
1. Melt chocolate in double boiler
2. Dip pretzels in chocolate and set on silpat lined baking sheet
3. Sprinkle with Valentine's sprinkles
4. Let Dry and serve in airtight container.

I based the Cupid's Crack off this recipe. I left out the chex this time, but you can really add anything you want - peanuts, chocolate chips ( I think chez it's would be good for a Halloween version!)

Cupid's Crack

Ingredients:
1 bag popcorn
1/2 cup m&m's
1/2 cup pretzels - broken up
Valentines Sprinkles

Directions:
1. Pop popcorn in microwave and spread on silpat lined baking sheet.
2. Break up pretzels and sprinkle on top of popcorn.
3. Add m&m's and any other toppings you want!
4. Melt chocolate in double boiler and spoon over popcorn/ toppings.
5. Top with sea salt and sprinkles!
6. Let dry, break it up and store in airtight container.
